My purchasing experience from beginning to end was one of ease and convenience, I felt valued and looked after every step of fhe way. My only issue was that the car could have been detailed to a higher standard.

Kept upto date with the delivery date of my car by Lee White at Lloyd's Barracks road.This is my 5th mini and this was the best handover of all of the cars Lee gave a great explanation of everything and answered all my questions.

I had been advised that the recall job could take up to 2 days, I asked if at all possible could I have it back the same day, they couldn't guarantee but I got a call at 3.30 to say I could collect.

The reason we visited was for a recall. The service team were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was only one down side, I was asked if I wanted the car vacuumed and washed which I said yes but it didn't happen.

My car had a brake fluid service, MOT and the OSF tyre was replaced. 5 mins after collecting my car, it veered to the left on the motorway and a loud banging noise was heard. Terrified, I slowed down to 15mph. Mini had not tightened the tyre valve

Easy to get booked and carried out while I waited, good job and washed the car. I was concerned the tyre pressures were not checked. A few days later I noticed they were all lower than the plate and different near side and offside.
