Having had a poor experience at my local stratstone dealership when enquiring about the new mini Countryman , I decided to travel a little further a field and popped in to Lloyd's Newcastle and they were truly wonderful.

I have been a customer at this garage since 2004 and have always had good customer service and the staff are easy going and knowledgeable and are never 'hard sales people' which I really appreciate and like. Lee White was most excellent. Thanks Lee!

My Clubman was booked in for a service and MOT. When an issue was discovered I was immediately given a courtesy car to get me home. The service reception staff were outstanding in the way they handled the whole booking from start to finish.

Easy to book and clear instructions. As part of service package I was told I would get a courtesy car, however when I booked I was told there wasn't one available. booked for wash and hoover. The boot and dash didn't appear as if it had been touched
