As always, I was completely satisfied with the service at Lloyd Mini, Newcastle. The whole experience was straightforward and easy, from the beginning of the ordering process to the delivery, thanks to the expertise of the staff.

My purchasing experience from beginning to end was one of ease and convenience, I felt valued and looked after every step of fhe way. My only issue was that the car could have been detailed to a higher standard.

Kept upto date with the delivery date of my car by Lee White at Lloyd's Barracks road.This is my 5th mini and this was the best handover of all of the cars Lee gave a great explanation of everything and answered all my questions.

First entering show room greated with member of staff offered coffee and biscuits. Spoke with Jack car was perfect engine size, wheels, leather seats etc. Test drive car and sale complete within two days.

Beth phones we organise a suitable date. The delightful driver picks up and returns my Mini once everything is completed. Beth keeps me up to date on progress and once the service I can simply pay the charge over the phone.
