When i booked my car in for the service i was what would be done and approx how long it would take,the service was done in the time they said and i'm very happy with the job done.
Despite a postponement on our part, due to holiday and the completion of money transfers, we never made to feel we had caused any inconvenience.The car was ready to pick up when WE wanted it, at a time convenient to US.
Nothing too much trouble and took their time to explain everything. No hard sell and pushy sales people!
From booking the appointment to collecting the car after service, everything was spot on. Great staff.

The entire experience was seamless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area was trendy and above all, my MINI was well cared for. Specifically it was unmarked when returned.

When I drop my car off at Lloyds the staff are very friendly, know what they are talking about and its obvious they take their customer service very seriously. Lloyds provide a taxi service to drop me off and pick me up when the car is being serviced

I was spoken down to repeatedly when I arrived and was asked three times whether I knew my petrol light came on at 50 miles. I explained I knew my car so was aware of this. The issue was not resolved, I was promised a call back, this did not happen
The staff are helpful, however, the issue does not appear to have been resolved despite the car being away now twice
