The roof had been dented in several places whilst car was in body shop being repaired having roof repeated due to corrosion. In addition part of exterior trim had been incorrectly fitted. There was also some residue on passenger door from work.

I was surprised at the mixed servicing schedules. For example, I need to return in 3,000 miles for an oil change. Surely an oil change is the most prevalent need?

I had an error message on the screen re my tyres and on taking car into Lloyds they said they would look at it within a couple of hours and gave me a lift back to work. They rang to say all sorted and offered me a lift back. Car was cleaned as well

Most things were excellent. My only criticism is that I purchased an in car camera and asked Mini to fit it. The garage wanted to charge me £234 to fit it which is ridiculous when I have just spent over £17000 on the car with them. I went elsewhere.

Waited 40 mins for lift to work, making me late on day when I had crucial work on. Then on returning to collect car needed to do some urgent work in the showroom, nobody was around to help and when I asked about wifi I got 'ah yeah it doesn't work'
